Shipping & Delivery Policy
ePustika sells digital products only. Nothing is physically shipped, there are no delivery charges, and nothing depends on a courier or a postal address. Everything you buy is delivered to your ePustika account.
What is delivered, and when
- Book credits and spark packs — credited to your account immediately on successful payment, normally within seconds. They appear in your studio.
- Free-book unlock (₹99) — applied immediately on successful payment. Downloads, publishing and the artwork upgrade become available at once.
- Marketplace book purchases — access is granted immediately on successful payment. You can read the book in your browser straight away and download the PDF or EPUB from the same page.
- Featured placement — starts within minutes of payment and runs for the number of days you bought.
Books you generate
A book is written by our system after you approve its outline. The outline and cover usually arrive within a few minutes. Chapters follow — normally within minutes for a paid tier, and up to a few hours when they are queued for our quality batch. You can close the page and come back; writing continues either way, and your book waits in your studio.
If something does not arrive
If a payment succeeded but the credits, access or book did not appear, email contact@udgamai.com with your order number. We answer within 2 business days and usually much sooner. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you are refunded in full — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where your purchases live
Everything you have bought stays in your account for as long as it exists, and can be downloaded again at any time. Downloaded files carry a licence line identifying your copy.
